By creating an account or using Lenzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you register on Lenzo.

You agree to use Lenzo only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and messaging regulations.

You may not use Lenzo to send spam, harass customers, or distribute harmful content.

You are responsible for obtaining customer consent before sending marketing messages through Lenzo.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Lenzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
